Beginning in 2022, the promotion significantly expanded its international footprint, particularly through a partnership with The Grand Ho Tram Strip in Vũng Tàu, Vietnam. Many of the promotion’s major numbered events have since been held there, alongside occasional co-promoted events in Japan.

By 2026, the promotion had staged AFC 40 and AFC 41 in Vietnam, reflecting its transformation from a domestic Korean promotion into a regional Asian organization featuring competitors from Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Mongolia, Brazil, and other countries.

AFC primarily follows the Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts, providing athletes with a competition environment comparable to other major international promotions.
