UFC 332 Results: Natalia Silva Wins Title as Record Number of Knockouts Rock Salt Lake City

UFC 332

UFC 332 delivered a memorable night of action at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, on October 3, with Natalia Silva becoming the new UFC women’s flyweight champion after defeating Wang Cong by unanimous decision.

Silva secured the vacant 125 pound title with scores of 48 – 47, 48 – 47 and 49 – 46, extending her UFC winning streak to nine fights and her overall winning streak to 15. Wang made a late push, but Silva did enough across five rounds to leave Salt Lake City with championship gold.

The main event was only part of a remarkable night. UFC 332 produced a record number of knockouts, including a remarkable run of early stoppages across the card. The UFC reported new event records for first round knockouts, total knockouts and knockdowns.

Natalia Silva Claims UFC Flyweight Championship

Silva entered the main event riding a 14 fight winning streak and facing Wang Cong for the vacant women’s flyweight championship. Wang started aggressively, looking to pressure Silva with her striking and clinch work. Silva, however, repeatedly showed her speed and ability to create space.

The Brazilian’s movement became an important factor as the fight progressed. Wang continued to press forward, but Silva was able to land cleaner combinations and avoid extended exchanges.

Wang made the championship fight competitive in the championship rounds, but Silva had built enough of a lead to secure the decision. The official judges scored the fight 48 – 47, 48 – 47 and 49 – 46 in Silva’s favor. Silva is now the undisputed UFC women’s flyweight champion and immediately finds herself with several potential contenders waiting in the division.

Payton Talbott Destroys Deiveson Figueiredo

Payton Talbott produced one of the most impressive performances of the night when he stopped former UFC flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo in just 2:09 of Round 1. Talbott used his speed and precision to hurt Figueiredo before eventually dropping him with a right hand.

Once Figueiredo hit the canvas, Talbott immediately followed with punches and forced the referee to stop the fight. The victory represents another major step forward for Talbott, who continues to establish himself as an important name in the bantamweight division.

Esteban Ribovics Stops King Green in Wild Lightweight Fight

Esteban Ribovics delivered another highlight reel performance against King Green. The Argentine repeatedly found his target with powerful punches and dropped Green three times before Herb Dean stopped the fight at 4:08 of the first round.

Green protested the stoppage immediately, but Ribovics had already inflicted significant damage during a chaotic exchange. The win gives Ribovics another major victory at lightweight and keeps him moving forward in a competitive division.

Roberto Soldic Gets Decision Win Over Khaos Williams

Roberto Soldic picked up a unanimous decision victory against Khaos Williams. The Croatian controlled the fight effectively enough to convince all three judges, winning 29 – 28, 29 – 27 and 29 – 27. It was an important UFC victory for Soldic as he continues to establish himself in the welterweight division.

Roman Kopylov Stops Ateba Gautier

Roman Kopylov closed out the main card with a first round TKO over Ateba Gautier. Kopylov secured the stoppage at 3:12 of Round 1, adding another finish to his UFC record.

The Russian middleweight showed his striking ability throughout the fight and ended the contest before Gautier could settle into the bout.

UFC 332 Prelims Deliver More Knockouts

The preliminary card continued the finishing-heavy theme. Imanol Rodriguez stopped Alden Coria by TKO at 3:11 of Round 1, while Damian Pinas scored one of the quickest finishes of the event by knocking out Andrey Pulyaev at 1:15 of the opening round. Marcus McGhee also stopped Anthony Romero late in Round 1, with the referee calling the fight at 4:58.

Anthony Wint needed only 23 seconds to stop Lucas Armand, while Johnny Walker knocked out Mick Parkin at 3:35 of Round 1. Jacobe Smith continued the run of finishes by stopping Bruce Whitehead at 1:32 of Round 1.

The early portion of the card also featured victories for Alexander Hernandez, Ismail Naurdiev and Eric Nolan. Hernandez stopped former UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos in Round 2, Naurdiev defeated Marvin Vettori by unanimous decision, and Nolan stopped Court McGee in the third round.

A Historic Night in Salt Lake City

UFC 332 became one of the promotion’s most statistically significant events of the year. The UFC reported records for most first round knockouts, most total knockouts and most knockdowns at a single event. The card produced a remarkable number of stoppages before Silva and Wang went the full 25 minutes in the main event.

The event also marked the beginning of a new chapter in the women’s flyweight division. Silva now sits at the top of the weight class, while former champion Valentina Shevchenko remains an important name in the division after vacating the championship because of injury. Alexa Grasso and Erin Blanchfield are among the other fighters who could enter the title picture depending on their upcoming results.

For several other fighters, UFC 332 represented an opportunity to make a significant jump up the rankings. Talbott’s destruction of Figueiredo and Ribovics’ spectacular victory over Green were particularly important performances. With so many finishes across the preliminary card, UFC 332 ultimately lived up to its reputation as one of the most action packed events on the 2026 schedule.
