Black Combat officially confirmed Jamsil Student Gymnasium as the venue for the upcoming Black Cup Korea vs Mongolia event, ending the wait over where the international team competition would be held.
The event is scheduled for July 26 and will feature Team Omega Korea against Mongolia in the latest stage of the Black Cup tournament. Although Black Combat is not formally labeling the show as a numbered event, the promotion made it clear that the scale of the card, production, and venue will be comparable to one.
The confirmed location places the event in the heart of Seoul’s Jamsil sports district, with the arena located near Sports Complex Station. Black Combat described the venue as the best-located stadium it has used to date, highlighting the short walking distance from Exit 8 and the wide range of available public transportation options.
Unlike some previous Black Combat events held outside central Seoul, no shuttle bus will be provided. The promotion encouraged spectators to use the subway, taxi, or local buses because parking around Jamsil is expected to be limited, especially with other sporting events taking place in the area.
Black Cup Korea vs Mongolia Heads to a Larger Arena
Jamsil Student Gymnasium can accommodate approximately 6,000 spectators, giving Black Combat a larger capacity than some of the promotion’s previous venues.
During the venue tour, Black Combat compared the arena favorably to Bucheon Gymnasium, noting that the seats remain relatively close to the competition area despite the increased overall capacity.
The promotion also emphasized the arena’s steep seating structure, which is designed to provide clear views from the second and third floors. Even some of the lower-priced sections are expected to remain close enough for fans to follow the action without feeling far removed from the cage.
Black Combat will also install large overhead screens to improve visibility throughout the arena. The promotion said the screens would be especially useful for spectators seated in areas with partial obstructions from production structures.
Ticket Sales and Event Schedule
Tickets for Black Cup Korea vs Mongolia are scheduled to go on sale on July 16 at 5 p.m.
Online reservations will be available through the NOL app, formerly associated with Yanolja. Black Combat recommended purchasing tickets online to avoid longer lines at the venue.
Sponsor booths and the on-site ticket office are expected to open at 11 a.m. on event day. Spectators will be allowed into the gymnasium’s interior corridor beginning at noon, while entry into the main arena will begin at 1 p.m.
The first fight is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.
The venue also includes indoor concession stands, allowing spectators to purchase food and drinks before entering the main seating area. Outside food will not be permitted.
Wide Range of Seating Options
Black Combat announced several ticket categories for the July 26 event, ranging from economy seating to the promotion’s premium Blacktinum section.
The least expensive economy seats will cost 50,000 won, while third-floor standard seating will be priced at 89,000 won. Fighter entrance seats will cost 100,000 won and are positioned near the walkout route, giving fans a closer view of athletes entering the arena.
Silver seats will cost 120,000 won, Gold seats will be priced at 150,000 won, and floor seats near the cage will cost 200,000 won.
A new Diamond seating category will be available for 300,000 won. These seats will be placed close to both the cage and the Palmuhae performance platform.
The highest-priced Blacktinum section will cost 500,000 won. Only 48 Blacktinum seats will be available, with each guest receiving an individual table, a seasonal Black Cup package, and autographed fighter posters.
The event’s title sponsor, Beauty N Digital, will also offer opportunities for fans to receive 10,000 won discount coupons through promotional events.
A Major Seoul Stage for Team Omega Korea
The venue announcement adds another major element to the Black Cup Korea vs Mongolia event.
By moving the competition to Jamsil Student Gymnasium, Black Combat is positioning the international team matchup as more than a standard tournament stop. The promotion is presenting the event as a numbered-card-level production, with a large Seoul arena, expanded seating, premium presentation, and a full fight card.
Black Combat also suggested that its growing membership support could allow the organization to hold as many as four numbered-level events during the year.
For Team Omega Korea, the July 26 event represents another opportunity to advance in the Black Cup tournament in front of a home crowd. Mongolia will arrive as the opposing national team, setting up a country-versus-country matchup with a place in the next stage of the competition at stake.
