Information for copyright owners, authorized representatives, and users seeking to report or respond to alleged copyright infringement involving content published on HanPunch Media.

HanPunch Media respects the intellectual property rights of photographers, writers, athletes, promotions, publications, content creators, and other rights holders.
We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable laws.
Before submitting a notice, please consider whether the disputed use may be authorized, licensed, permitted by law, or protected by an applicable limitation or exception.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that copyrighted material you own or are authorized to represent has been used on HanPunch Media without permission, you may submit a written notice requesting review and removal of the material.
A complete notice helps us identify the disputed content, understand the basis of the claim, and respond appropriately.
Required Information
A DMCA notice should include the following information:

Your identity and contact information
Provide your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

Identification of the copyrighted work
Clearly describe the original work you believe has been infringed. When available, include a link to an authorized version of the work.

Location of the disputed material
Include the exact URL of each HanPunch page containing the allegedly infringing material.

Good-faith statement
State that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy and authority statement
State, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Include your physical or electronic signature.
Submit a DMCA Notice
Send complete copyright notices to the following email address:
Use a subject line such as DMCA Copyright Notice and include all required information in the body of the message or in an attached document.
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to identify, review, or respond to the claim.
Counter-Notification
If content you submitted or published was removed or disabled as the result of a copyright notice, and you believe that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.
A counter-notification should include:
- Your full name and contact information
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled
- The location where the content appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court serving your location, or an appropriate federal court in North Carolina if you are located outside the United States
- Agreement to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent
- Your physical or electronic signature

Content Restoration
After receiving a valid counter-notification, HanPunch may provide a copy to the original complainant and may restore the disputed content when permitted by law.
Content generally will not be restored if the original complainant informs us that legal action has been filed seeking a court order concerning the disputed material.
Misrepresentation and Abuse
Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal statements. Knowingly submitting materially false information may expose the sender to liability.
HanPunch reserves the right to reject notices that are incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, unrelated to copyright, or otherwise insufficient under applicable law.
